CIF-SS Surveys Schools

August 7, 2018

The California Interscholastic Federation-Southern Section is surveying  its member schools about transfer rules.

According to The Signal, Rob Wigod, Commissioner of the CIF-SS, issued a press release, in which he asked whether the transfer rules should be revised. At the start of the survey, Wigod noted that the feedback thus far has been in favor of the rules.

The survey only had five questions. The first question asked whether transfer rules should be adjusted. The next three questions involve ranking three options in order of preference: limited eligibility one year after transferring, sitting out the second half of the season, or freshmen having unlimited eligibility for transfers.
