The National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS) has finalized its position paper from the NFHS Concussion Summit Task Force, which met in July to develop recommendations for minimizing the risk of concussions and head impact exposure in high school football. Kicking off its 2014-15 season against the University of Illinois-Springfield on Saturday, the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay Phoenix will use the occasion to honor the men and women who have died serving in the U.S. military by donning special uniforms.
